    Information we collect

    We collect information directly from you when you use the site:

    • Rebuild preview requests. When you enter your existing website's URL to see a preview, we fetch and process the content, branding, and listings on that URL to generate a rebuilt version.
    • Contact and lead forms. When you fill out the contact form, claim a preview, or request a demo, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any message you send us.
    • Technical information. We automatically log your browser's user agent string and basic request metadata when you submit a form, for spam prevention and support purposes.

    How we use your information

    • To generate and show you a rebuilt preview of your website.
    • To respond to your inquiries and follow up on rebuild or demo requests.
    • To operate and improve the site, and to detect and prevent spam or abuse.
    • If you check the newsletter option on a form, to send you occasional updates. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing info@realsaige.com.

    We do not sell your personal information. We do not currently send automated marketing or transactional email through a third-party email service; leads submitted through our forms are stored in our database and followed up on directly by our team.

    Analytics and cookies

    This site is built to support Google Analytics 4 with Google's Consent Mode v2, which defaults all analytics and ad storage to denied until consent is granted. As of the date above, analytics tracking has not yet been activated for this property, so no Google Analytics data is currently being collected. We use limited browser storage (session storage) for functional purposes only, such as remembering whether you've dismissed an on-page prompt during your visit; this is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. This policy will be updated before any analytics or advertising tracking goes live, and a cookie-consent control will be added to the site at that time.

    How we share information

    We share information with service providers who help us run the site and process leads, such as our hosting provider and database provider, solely to operate the service. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

    Data retention

    We retain lead and contact information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, or until you ask us to delete it.

    Your choices

    You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@realsaige.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

    Children's privacy

    This site is intended for real estate professionals and businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

    Changes to this policy

    We may update this policy as the site and our practices change. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
