These terms govern your use of https://www.realsaige.com and the rebuild preview service offered by Saige ("Saige," "we," "us"). By using this site or requesting a preview, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

Saige generates an instant preview of a rebuilt website based on the URL you submit. The preview is provided for evaluation purposes so you can see what a rebuilt version of your site could look like. Claiming, launching, or migrating a rebuilt site to your own domain is a separate step that requires further agreement between you and Saige, arranged directly with our team.

Submitting a website URL

When you submit a website URL for a rebuild preview, you confirm that you own that website, represent the business it belongs to, or otherwise have the right to request a preview based on its public content. Don't submit a URL you don't have the right to use for this purpose.

Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's contact information through our forms.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or our systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-generate previews outside normal use.
• Use the site or its output for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Saige name, logo, site design, and underlying technology belong to Saige. A rebuild preview generated from your submitted URL is provided for your evaluation; ownership and licensing of a launched, live rebuilt site are set out in the separate agreement you enter into if you choose to go live.

No warranty

The site and rebuild previews are provided "as is." We don't guarantee that a preview will be error-free, that it will exactly reproduce every element of your current site, or that using Saige will result in any specific search ranking, traffic, or lead outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Saige is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or a rebuild preview. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
